So Monday night I made one of my FAVORITE and easiest meals...tacos!!! Seriously, could anything be more easy to prepare? Plus Chuck is a master tortilla warmer upper (thanks Trace for teaching us!). Doesn't this just make your mouth water? Oh, and I made them with ground turkey - so healthy! Made great leftovers for Tacos again last night.
Tuesday night we were able to see our good pal Mike D!!!!!!!! Mike and Chuck worked together when Chuck was at the Frisco Rough Riders and he was a groomsman in our wedding. What an amazing guy this is! He has one of the biggest and most pure hearts...and he is HILARIOUS too! It was so good to see him since he just got back from his TRAVELS AROUND THE WORLD a few months ago. It's true. He quit his job with the Rough Riders to travel all around Europe, some of Africa, Asia and Australia. How cool is that. He had some great stories, but he did say that more than the places he saw - the amazing part of the trip was the people he met. Thanks Mikey D for spending some time with us!
