My sweet friend Kelly invited me to go to the beach with her this weekend...so here I am...on the porch overlooking the gorgeous water in my shorts and long sleeved tshirt (a favorite / perfect weather outfit to me)...CATCHING UP ON THE BLOG!
My family and I have had a very difficult past 2 weeks (hence no blogging), but I feel back to my normal self and have LOTS of catching up to do!
First off - we went a few weeks ago to the Third Day concert! We were blessed to have a member of the band and his family in our small group while we were in the ATL. Our small group all made the trek down to our neck of the woods to enjoy a night with our rock star friend and his wife. We took everyone downtown for dinner and after the concert - we got to go backstage and then take a look at the Third Day tour bus! Super fun night and perfect timing for Chuck and I to be loved on by some dear friends!

That's fun that you know Mark! My sister-in-law is really good friends with Ty Anderson from Third Day and his wife Shannon. I'm sorry you've had a difficult couple of weeks. I hope everything is ok!
ok well Mark Lee is the guy we parked next to downtown who got out of his black truck with his cute wife who we (NAILED IT) guessed were rockstars in a christian band. man we are GOOD. who knew yall were eating there with them. i am so glad i didn't follow them and ask who they were now. because i totaly wanted to. and mac said no.
