Thanks, Ashley for tagging me. Another "blogging" thing I want to participate more in is the "day of the week sharing things" some of you do...look out - hopefully I can keep up with some of them!
So - here goes...10 Honest Things About Me!

The rules are:
1. List 10 honest things about yourself that your blogging friends do not know about you.
2. Give the award away to 7 bloggers.
3. Let them know they've received the award!
- I have a daily routine in the morning that drives my husband crazy. I can't function without getting on my computer (oh how I love my mac) and checking my email, facebook, blogs, websites...seriously, it's bad - it is like coffee for some people.
- I can make bread...from scratch! NO BREAD-MAKER HERE! My sweet mother-in-law taught me how and I really enjoy it. Plus it makes any kind of sandwich 10x better!
- My guilty pleasure TV show is Gossip Girl. I'm really into it. I mean, part of it might be that I like to watch Chace Crawford since I use to know him in high school and he is VERY easy on the eyes...but it is a guilty pleasure of mine to watch the show. Can't wait - I think it starts tonight!
- I hated high school. Thats right! I did! My life in high school revolved around church and cheerleading. PERIOD. Therefore, I didn't have alot of deep relationships with girls at my actual high school. I wish now that I had hung out more with people at school, but then again - being SO involved in my youth group at Prestonwood made my walk with the Lord so much stronger and kept me out of trouble. (I LOVED college! Oh my goodness, you wouldn't have to ask me twice to go back to OBU!! And I don't know what it was about sophomore year that made it so memorable, but that year of college was especially a blast!)
- I love dark chocolate - I could eat it for every meal. However, I can't stand just chocolate candy - I just like to eat GOOD dark chocolate. mmmm.....I am going to make homemade dark chocolate chip cookies this week! Speaking of dark chocolate. I have a big thing AGAINST starbucks. About 5 years ago they had a drink called the Chantico - it was "sipping chocolate" and rocked my face off - but they got rid of it. Rude. I think about it all the time.
- I have a passionate obsession with two things - macaroni and cheese and hot dogs. Gross huh? I seriously have to have mac & cheese at every restaurant we go to - especially nice restaurants. mmm...there is nothing better than creamy mac & cheese with high end cheeses! And of course, would my life be complete with hot dogs, specifically barkers?? nope.
- I hate working out. I totally need to start working out so I can get my body back to pre-baby shape, but I just don't like running, walking....nothing. The only thing I really love is taking classes, but I can't join a gym since we are moving. Plus, lil' man is too little still to go to the childcare at the gym. Any suggestions for how to get in a work-out swing? A plan to do it at home? Help!
- I have come to the realization that my closet consists of one thing besides my jeans...plain colored simple t-shirts. I never really knew that all I wore wore t-shirts until Jeni came to visit. She dresses so stinking great and somehow keeps it casual, but she wears great tops! I on the other hand - plain - however, this is why I have an obsession with accessories, especially earrings. My new goal while shopping is to NOT buy plain colored shirts - I am determined to branch out! Here are pictures to prove this is all I wear / own...
- I am officially a VOLunteer! I was a Texas A&M fan growing up...then in college was a huge razorback fan...wooo pig souie...BUT - I married a VOL therefore I am a VOL. This weekend is going to be rough playing Florida, butmaybe there will be a miracle??!
- And here is a really honest thing - I struggle everyday to have my quiet time. It is something I am so convicted about, but find it hard to just dig right in. Does anyone have suggestions or a good book to help me? Just being honest here :).
Alright...here is who I "tag" to do this now... (if some of you have already done this one...sorry!)

I always thought you were making that bread with a bread maker! I am even more impressed now!
Thanks for the tag! I will post mine today!
I too am struggling with getting the quiet time in everyday. I really want it, need it, but like finding it hard to really "dig in." Let me know what suggestions (if any) you get for good books to use.
Have you made Challah bread, it is amazing! If you haven't tried it you should!
I am totally 100% with you on the Mac&Cheese/Hot Dog thing and the Dark Chocolate.
I wish I could have gotten to know you better in High School. I think we would have gotten along well.
Have a nice day :)
