Happy 3 Months Lil' Man

A few days past due, but HAPPY 3 MONTHS lil' man!!! I can't believe we are 1/4 of a way thru his first year! These have been the most amazing 3 months and although his growing is bittersweet, I seriously can't wait for all that is to come these next several months...

So...what's lil' man up to these day?!

• He has been sleeping 10-11 hour a night since I was about 11 weeks! Now we are working on waking up at the same time every morning so we can be on the same schedule at the same time everyday.
• He is happiest in the mornings. It is such a joy to go in there in the mornings when he is whining for someone to come get him and as SOON as he sees you - a HUGE smile stretches across his face. Adorable!
• He still loves taking naps in his swing - we are working on taking naps in the crib. But it is hard listening to him cry for 15 minutes before I go in and soothe him.
• He enjoys sitting with me and reading books. We try and read a few a day!
• Bath time is is 2nd favorite part of the day (besides getting up in the morning). He has LOVED baths since his first one. He has never fussed...even when we put lotion on him...he has to be cold - but he just LOVES the massage and attention!
• He has "conversations" with us. It can entertain us all day!
• He doesn't cry a lot, but he makes up for it when he gets upset. But isn't this the cutest upset face ever?! Is it bad that sometimes I laugh when he gets upset because it's so stinkin' adorable?

• He grasps onto things now...my shirt, my hair...somehow he doesn't do toys yet - just pulls on me!
• He had been taking bottles at church which is a BIG relief for me! Not only do I want to be able to keep singing at church, but I will be leaving him with my mom for 5 days to go to Las Vegas with Chuck at the beginning of December - so I need him to keep liking a bottle!
• He is simply a joy. We are truly blessed. There are good days and not so good days, but everyday is special and I am so grateful for a happy and healthy lil baby boy.
