hey girl! ive done the 30 day shred! its nice because it is a fairly short workout- but it really kicks your butt! she does a good job of switching from strength to cardio and abs...worth a try for sure!
I just got Kim Kardashian's Fit In Your Jeans By Friday (two discs, one for abs and one for booty) and I really like it. She's kinda silly but the workout itself is really good!
terri, the 30 day shred is an awesome workout! short, but you will be sweating at the end of it! i sometimes do a couple of them in a row for a little longer workout. i haven't done the other 2, but i can recommend any of the biggest loser workout dvds. the cardio max one is crazy hard, but such a good workout! hope that helps! :)
dang T!!! I'm not sure if you read my blog or not, but I did the 30 day shred for 30 days straight last year (and blogged about it in detail) and it is what put me on my weight loss path for good! It is amazing, and walmart usually stocks it for 9 bucks or so.
I also have no more trouble zones and it is like 30 day shred on crack. DEFINITELY start with the shred. It is AWESOME.
I agree with all of the other people who have tried the 30 Day Shred, it is short but definitely not sweet! You are tired at the end, but it definitely works. I have also tried "no more trouble zones" which is also really good. I prefer the 30 day shred though b/c you know there is a time limit on each group of exercises...which helped keep me focused! Another video which I love is Carmen Electra's "Fit to Strip" it sounds scandalous, but it isn't at all! :-)
I have Jillian Michael's Making the Cut book and LOVE it! Doing it a gym is best but you can do it at home with a little tweaking with just a ball, some weights, and resitance bands.
All I know is she likes to make you vomit... I watch the biggest loser and sometimes I secretly wish she was screaming at me! But I am sure it kicks your but!
i am a lover of my hubby, my ridiculously cute lil' man, precious Lord Jesus, dark chocolate, UGGS, hot dogs (barkers of course!), coffee w/ 1 truvia please!, gardenias & hydrangeas, bows, hot baths with a lush bath ball, wine in the winter and cold beer or margarita in the summer, the pioneer woman cooking, OPI siberian nights nail polish, hairspray and my special teasing comb, macaroni & cheese, plain colored tee's, cute notebooks, my nap blanket, sweet tea, iced chai latte's w/ soy (thanks alot jeni), jemma kidd lipgloss in "strip" and so much more!
