Family Heirloom

Chuck and I went to Bristol this past weekend to spend some time with his parents.  We had a great time and as always, the food was delicious!  Last week, Chucks mom emailed us asking which desserts we wanted..."Banana Pudding, Brownie Pie and/or Apple Pie"...she did say and/or.  I didn't realize that Chuck was copied on the email. I requested banana pudding and apple pie and Chuck asked for brownie pie...obviously she made them all for us!! MMmmm, they were good!

I have been hearing rumors of a bassinet in their family!  On Saturday night, Chucks Aunt...Jo Anne (we call her Ciddy) brought it over for us to bring home.  I don't have things like this in my family so being able to use something like this for our baby is SO special to me!  Pat, my father in law, has an older sister, Ciddy, and brother, Butch.  All 3 of them slept in it as babies and each of their children slept in it...that's 6 children!  Now all the grandkids have slept in the bassinet too! There have been 7 little grandbabies in it and ours will be the 8th!!!  16 Flannagan Babies have spent their first few months in this special bassinet! How cool is that? 

So here it is!  I am SO excited~
